After pulling out the current issue of 80-Micro and looking through it, here
are the available CP/M's for the 4p:

    This is the best CP/M I have seen for the Tandy Line
 
CP/M Plus is available from any Radio Shack, but is not very compatible
with most things.
 
Rose's cp/m is just a very old version of Montezuma Micro CP/M and is
somewhat limited compared to the new version.
