Subject: PD Z80 assemblers (and ZASM)

ZASM is NOT public domain.  It's copyrighted by Cromemco and somehow
ended up being made available on a few BBS's.  We do not have it on
SIMTEL20.

Z80MR has had many good compliments and is PD.
