In  file pd:<cpm.arc-lbr>noah.inf I read an anouncement of an
ARC program for CP/M-80.
Since the anouncement was undated I don't know whether it is recent or not.
Does anyone know about the NOAH ARC program. Is it still being developped?
If it already exists, is it public domain and if so: where can one find it?
