Subject: what happened to the archive server?

Does anyone know what happened to the archive server at the
address 'LISTSERV@CICGE.RPI.EDU'?  I managed to get through several
requests, and actually got 2 files back, but now I get 'host unknown'
from my arpa-net gateway?  Did it shut down?
