Subject: Anyone out there able to ftp to simtel20?

The problem of SIMTEL20 refusing ALL connections is probably caused by
an out-dated host table.  On March 20 we changed our host IP address.

Try this command to your FTP:   open 26.2.0.74

If that works, notify your system administrator that he/she needs to
update the host table.
