Subject: Z100=cpm? Need startup software

I recently bought a Zenith data systems Z100 with a 20 meg hardrive
and a turbo boost toggle switch?? for fifty bucks at a garage sell.
It's a 1986 model heath kit.

I don't know if it works, it didn't come with a manual or software.
Is this a cpm based machine? 

Do you know where I can get some startup software?
