Ever nosed around on SIMTEL-20?
They have at least a CP/M 2.2 compatible version on
       PD:<CPM.STARTER-KIT>USQ.COM
       (I guess)
They'll probably have a version for MESSDOSS somewhere in the MSDOS
archives!
