To uncompress .?Y? files you can use UCRLZH.COM, LT29.COM and others which I
don't remember.

Compression methods:

Q     Squeezed : Huffman squeezing
Z     Crunched : Lempel-Ziv-Welch crunching
Y     LZH'd    : LHARC-type compression.
