Subject: How to decompress "*.?Y?" files?

Hello,

I'm looking for the source code (C or Pascal) of a program that can
decompress those ``*.?Y?'' files. I couldn't find such a file on SIMTEL20.

Note, I'm not looking for a ``*.COM'' file that does it (I do have that),
but for a source code file.
