I have the full LBR for VDE version 2.66 on my Z-Node in central New 
Jersey. You can connect at (908) 754-9067 or through PCP (NJNBR) or 
Starlink (3319) at up to 2400 bps. Also have ZDE, which is VDE updated 
for Z-System.
