There are licensed vendors selling CP/M. Alexander and Lord in the Bay 
area comes to mind, though you'd better be sitting down when you see the 
price. Another source (and MUCH more reasonable!): Lambda Software Publishing
(David McGlone). Let me know if you need the address.
