 COM1 => 02F8h-02FFh PC i/o => 00h-08h Z80 i/o respectivly
 COM2 => 03F8h-03FFh PC i/o => 09h-0Fh Z80 i/o respectivly

 So you have to mod. the kermit program to use a 8250 like chip at
 the Z80s io address shown.
