   CP/M stands for "Control Program/Monitor."
       - Osborne 1 User's Reference Guide, REV: 2/22/82, page 48
   Another book I have says it's Control Program for Microcomputers.
   My copies of DR books supplied with an early Kaypro are packed 
   away so I don't know what DR says.
