MIDILINK MIDI file transfer program

Transfer screen files to/from BBC and Amstrad CPC via MIDI connection.
Needs a corresponding program at the Amstrad end. Converts incoming Amstrad
screen dumps to BBC screen dumps.

Data format sent/received over MIDI link:
