The easiest solution is to get hold of or do it yourself, deprotected copies
of the games. As you have the originals (I hope) then you will not be
breaking copyright. There are some disk copy programs that should be able to
copy between the different size disks, even protected disks.

Another solution, since you mentioned it in a previous mail is to have a
switch box for the 3 drives that you wanted to connect so that you can
select their ID's with a switch system, a couple of LED's would probably be
advisable too.
Just elementary electronics.
