Plenty, in fact all of us, and most of us have repeatedly mentioned how fed
up we are of hearing about this "pet peeve" of yours.

No, you have been asked many times to take this off list, and if Jon doesn't
reply to private emails then that is his perogative, as is deciding what he
does with anything he has made or created. Please respect other list
member's wishes and stop harping on and badgering other list members with
it. I can imagine that tolerance levels have certainly been reached.
