Personal view:

I'd like to see moderators, and I'd like to see non-broken list
headers. 

Having said that, I wouldn't advocate the use of yahoo (or any other
commercial groups-like services) as we'd be stuck at the whim of whoever
ran the service. I believe the software should be under total control of
one or more of the list members. 

I'm not really into the whole poll / photo etc. thing because there are
already established sites related to BBC micros where that could easily
done without spreading the hobby / interest out too thinly (than it is
already!) if people wanted. I'd rather the mailing list just being a
mailing list to be honest without any extra frills.

Out of interest, how many subscribers do we have? How many messages per
month?

My 2p anyway.
