I've just uploaded the patch I obtained to
http://www.firths.org/bbc/patch132.txt

Apologies for not linking to it before, but I received it by e-mail, so
didn't have a URL for it online.

As I said before, it looks as though this patch has come via one for ADFS
1.30, so I believe that someone else has already modified your 1.53 patch to
create ADFS 1.33.

Hopefully someone on the list will have a copy of that patch, to save you
having to redo the work.

Alternatively, there are a lot of clues in the patch I've just posted as to
what is needed for the 1.30 patch - I think there are comments for all the
addresses that need patching in there, which will just need sorting out to
re-create the intermediate version.
