Sorry, I hadn't read that level of detail on the help pages. I just assumed 
it was automatic, as most other mailing list archives are (e.g. see 
http://www.mail-archive.com/ for a site that can automatically generate a 
mailing list archive from any mailing list)

As the old saying goes, 'assume' makes an ass out of you and me (but mainly 
me in this case) :-)
