I can't help with the CITAC, the UTA3 uses a later tuning module. If you 
private mail me the datasheet you have, I'll see if I can make sense of it.

For the rest - WinTTX talks directly to the SAA524x using a PtrIIC.dll 
(you'll need a permissions hack to get it working on XP, this is included).

If you fancy a crack at it yourself, and you have VisualBasic 5 or 6, 
mail me. I plan to release WinTTX "free" under a licence, but I'll 
forward a copy of the sources to you before the proper release.
