Subject: B-em v2.0 released

in B-em in the past from the list, but there have been a _lot_ of changes
and many of the flaws (poor stability for a start) have been fixed.

the Linux version should be available in a couple of days.

Having done some testing for Tom on both the Windows and Linux
versions, can I be the first to recommend people check this out - the
new version has more of the emulator niceties that were a bit lacking
in the older version, and the emulation is highly accurate. The sound
especially is a significant improvement over BeebEm. Not to mention
emulation of the new BeebSID addon, which lets you run a lot of the
SSDs doing the rounds over at STH.

Oh, and did I mention reliable two-player joystick support, making it
excellent for gaming?

What's not to love?! :)

Peter.
