Subject: Watford disk problem solved

The problems with decoding Watford DFS disk images have been
solved. He didn't tell it yet on this mailing list, but the
hero is Tom Seddon. He wrote a program, DCONV, to convert
Watford DFS disk images to the standard archive format.
