Well I think its nomount; yes  -it stops the ADFS trying to mount the disc.
I also couldn't remember the standard config and thats why I didn't
say DELETE-Power On (or for that matter R-Power on
which I think was similar).

The other thing to check is if anything is *unplug'd - was
it really *insert to put them back in?
