Subject: HELP ME fix my BBC model B

I know this is probably in the wrong mailing list - but I have a problem
with my BBC. It's just decided to stop recognizing the keyboard.

The only key on the keyboard it seems to recognize is BREAK. The
computer itself has not frozen up because the cursor flashes . The
computer boots up with the normal 2 tone beep. I have removed the
keyboard and checked for stuck keys with the multimeter! I have removed
problem ROMs and still no luck !

If anyone has had a similar problem - can you mail me and tell me how
you fixed it - The compter power supply knocks out 4.96 volts - I cant
put it up any higher . But I don't think the power supply is the
problem - Its definitely a component or chip somewhere - but I would
like to fix it somehow -

The fault occured whilst in the middle of writing a document in VIEW -
so something has definitely gone down somewhere! - If there is another
mailing list that deals with BBC problems, can you forward this letter
there - or mail me and tell me where to send it -
