Personally I would check the flexible connector from the keyboard to the
mainboard and also if that doesn't help you I'd beep out the tracks on the
underside of the keyboard - its not unusual to have breaks but that
normally only kills a few keys, not all of them.

P.S. Another possibility is a partially dead System-VIA.
