This mailing list is now closed to posting by non-subscribers as this is
the simplest way of preventing spammers redirecting e-mail through the 
list.

If you submit a message from a non-subscribed address, it ends up in
my mailbox and I manually approve the message for posting, which can
take a couple of days.

As soon as I am able, I'll set up a separate list (which obviously won't
receive postings) to which alternative posting addresses can be subscribed,
at which point everything should work most wonderfully.
