I could mail you the full rom (16k - could break my emailer!), but the
following Basic program will patch 1.45 to create 1.46:
 
up%=OPENUP"Rom145"
PTR#up%=&28C4:BPUT#up%,4:BPUT#up%,&F0
PTR#up%=&13:BPUT#up%,54
PTR#up%=&3E60:BPUT#up%,54
CLOSE#up%:up%=0
*Rename Rom145 Rom146
 
...and you can patch the ram version with:
 
up%=OPENUP"Ram145"
PTR#up%=&2764:BPUT#up%,4:BPUT#up%,&F0
PTR#up%=&3CC0:BPUT#up%,54
CLOSE#up%:up%=0
*Rename Ram145 Ram146
 
Basically, it's changing a BNE to a BEQ test.
