Subject: XBeeb problem

OK, I have downloaded the tarball, done the make/makeinstall thing and
made sure that the roms directory in xbeeb contains the roms as
shown:

BASIC2.rom
OS1.2p1.rom
xdfs0.70.rom

When I start the emulator I get a "Failed to allocate colour planes"
error.

What am I doing wrong?
