Subject: Disc image formats required

Hi,

I've just made my first few tentative downloads of disc images from the
8bs website.  Ugh I thought when I saw ADFS L interleaved etc, non-
intuitive formats. No offence to Chris though I can't imagine that he
dreamt up these formats himself.

I'd like to know the formats of the different types of disk image that
any one out there is likely to come across - including the PC
DOS/Win95/Mac/etc extentions that these files incur.

The result?  A nice program which will convert between different disk
image formats and a few others (hehe) that will make my life and
hopefully a few others more bearable. :)
