After removing the RAM board you will have to put some jumpers back to the
original settings. Details are in the service manual.
>From memory this is the block of 4 jumpers labelled s21.
They should be jumpered both, from east to west and NOT North - South.
The OS should be in the left most ROM slot.

If you have removed the DFS (not just the DFS ROM but all the DFS upgrade
chips) then you should also close jumper 9.

The PSU is 99% OK.

You can check the upper and lower banks of RAM by using jumper 25.
removed selects CAS 0 (16k)
south selects CAS1 (16k)
North selects both (32k)

Apart from that, no idea.
