Perhaps this could be used as good test code to find out how well most of
the current generation of BBC emulators do the CRTC?

Since I've already written a completely accurate CRTC emulator (I wrote a
CPC emulator, hence my knowlegde of the URL), maybe my little ElectrEm aught
to branch out! Of course, I am not even close to serious - 6850's and 6522's
don't look fun.
