Subject: Palm/BBC Basic

Does anyone know if a version of BBC Basic has been ported to the Palm OS ?
 Alternatively is there a Java version that I might be able to have a go at
converting for the IBM J9 implementation of the JVM for the Palm platform ?
 Having gone from writing apps that would fit into the onboard cache of a
486DX to vast C++ and VB bloatware, I'd like to have a pop at returning to
my roots !
