Well, in MODE 1 at least[1], you will get your squares looking pretty
darned close to square if you multiply all Y-values by 1.175.

[1] On a real Beeb, that is, I haven't tried in the emulators. Since we
were discussing the US MOS elsewhere, the figure for that was more like
1.095.
