I had (have) a BBC model A
it was missing all of the following:

USER 6522 and printer buffer.
uPA7002 A to D converter.
Upper 16K of ram (8 chips)
the RS485 buffers
None of the connectors under the keyboard.
No sockets for the Joystick, RS485 or RGB ports.

Over the years I have upgraded all of it other than
the tube and 1Mhz bus sockets.
