Are you SURE it was deliberate? There are a lot of worms and such going
about at the moment, it's much more likely that the sender got infected
without knowing.

I really shouldn't do anything so rash, where a couple of Google searches
turn up http://www.datafellows.com/v-descs/badtrans.shtml . It's a worm.
Politely inform the original sender that he's infected and disinfect
yourself.

That's a dead giveaway. The security advisory is easy enough to find, so
don't go around accusing people of criminal activities when at most
they're guilty of lax security.
