To be honest it a little more than a simple virus Backdoor-NK.svr
Badtrans@... split up into 3 sperate virus the most potent being bad trans
which sends itself to other members in you outlook addres book.
Here are removal instructions
http://vil.mcafee.com/dispVirus.asp?virus_k=99069&
To be honest every one should have a virus killer which is been updated
regally and honestly there was no excuse for it to be sent on. It infected a
machine I had just prepared and had not installed a virus killer to yet. I
narrowly stopped it been sent all over the network. I don't exactly wanted
to be made the scape goat for the virus thats why I over reacted.

Are you SURE it was deliberate? There are a lot of worms and such going
about at the moment, it's much more likely that the sender got infected
without knowing.

I really shouldn't do anything so rash, where a couple of Google searches
turn up http://www.datafellows.com/v-descs/badtrans.shtml . It's a worm.
Politely inform the original sender that he's infected and disinfect
yourself.

That's a dead giveaway. The security advisory is easy enough to find, so
don't go around accusing people of criminal activities when at most
they're guilty of lax security.
