1) How to save my current game?  (I know that you have to be docked) 

while game is frozen:
recentring toggle: (A)
damping (CAPS LOCK)

2) How to switch on/off the up/down and left/right rotation dampers? 

That would be CAPS LOCK

Speed up/down (space, ?) 
front view (f0)
back view (f1)
Left view (f2)
right view (f3)
Fire laser (A) 
Target/Fire/Unarm missile (T, M, U) 
ECM (E) 
Energy bomb (Tab) 
Escape Pod (Esc) 
Hyperspace/G.Hyperspace/Skip (H, Ctrl-H, J) 
Docking Computer on/off (C, P) 
And all the "F" keys, docked and undocked.
