Sorry, made a mistake copying and pasting the damping and saving keys:

Save a game- docked only- ( @ ) 

keyboard damping/recentring while game is frozen:

recentring toggle: (A)
damping (CAPS LOCK)

All the other keys were correct

  Escape Pod (Esc) 
  Hyperspace/G.Hyperspace/Skip (H, Ctrl-H, J) 
  Docking Computer on/off (C, P) 
  And all the "F" keys, docked and undocked. 

  game skip (j)
  game freeze (copy)
  continue (delete)
