Subject: master - unplugged ROMs

simple q...

what's the command for enabling a ROM in the Master which has been
unplugged? I have a few in a machine which show up under the *ROMS
listing as being there but with a status of "unplugged" (which I'm
assuming is "disabled via software" rather than "broken" :-)
