Subject: Electron Sync problem

Hi all!

I don't know if Electrons are OT, but here goes....

I have just got an old Acorn Electron computer, which seems to have a RGB
sync problem.
Whenever I connect the machine to my monitor, which works fine on my Beeb,
The display rolls - There's nothing I can do on the monitor that will make
it stop.
I'm sure that the monitor is not the problem, so the Electron must have
some fault.
The question is if it can be fixed?
Do any of you have experience with this? - I saw an earlier post regarding
the same problem on a Beeb, where it was a simple matter of replacing a
chip (Sprow?). Is there a similar solution for an electron?
