As soon as I took off the lid it was obvious what was wrong.
R3 completely burnt out! Swapping the PSUs worked. My spare
MDFS hasn't got the parity mod, so doesn't recognise large
hard drives, so I'm going to contact Design IT and see if
they still do the parity mod upgrade, and see if they'll fix
the PSU as well.
