Subject: BBC video output info needed
I need to do some hacking at the hardware level, possibly involving
frame/field/line capture and storage. Is there a good source of info
anywhere on the beeb's video timing and the way it handles interlacing
etc? Can interlacing be turned off - in which case are lines just paired
and repeated? Is video handled the same way for all modes? Are extra
syncs/clocks/flags available on any internal pins. That sort of stuff.
Suggestions for websites, books, existing projects, knowledgeable
experts to contact etc, all appreciated.
