Thought so too.
I hacked up a first version, and it works (yezz !).
I just loaded the original tape version of Elite.
Around half a minute loading time (with room for
improvement, probably, but it works).
The setup just requires an unpacked, stripped, data-block
only version of the UEF file on GoMMC, and a few patches
here and there in OS 1.20 to link the tape filing system's
low level routines to GoMMC.
Time to test a few more games and tweak code ... !
