That's something Mickey$oft specific.
Your mailer is Mozilla (and not OE), learn how to use it.
In fact don't abuse it.
Fix it please!
It should be the other way around: no HTML but text only. No need for
the text to get tripled/quadripled in size. Please note that some of us
are reading this on old systems and really get pissed off receiving
3 to 4 times the amount of what is actually needed.
