I've not got a B+ to try it in, but, FWIW, I've used ADFS 1.30 in a Master 
in the dim and distant past, and the 1770 DFS chip I have in a model B is 
marked B+ 2.26, so I assume the hardware is the same ...  Do DFS discs work 
correctly in your setup?  Have you tried formatting an ADFS disc to see if 
it can access that?
