Coincidentally, I've recently dug out my B+ 128 and have been using the RAM
banks fir the first time.
The 64K daughter board gives RAM in slots 0, 1, 12 (C) and 13 (D), or W, X,
Y and Z as they are referred to in some of the documentation.
