Subject: Beeb with Econet hardware not booting
Afternoon all!
I'm just looking at a model B that I want to put on E-bay. When I
switch it on it just constantly emits the low beep, and doesn't boot
up properly. However, as it seems to have the Econet circuitry
populated, I was wondering whether it requires an Econet network in
order to switch on. Does a Beeb with Econet-ability need to be
connected to a network in order to even boot?
Cheers,
Kris.
