Get a 3.5" Commodore Amiga external disk drive from Ebay. You can get
one for around a fiver. It's then quite a simple process to modify it
to work on the BBC (instructions on my site)
Then you can use the ONMIDISK or OMNIFLOP programs on the PC to write
disk images back to 'real' floppies. The benefit of a 3.5" drive is
that there are so many on Ebay in very good condition for cheap prices
because there were plenty of Amigas around. There's also a very good
chance you already have a 3.5" drive in your PC to write the disks.
There are other methods, but I've found this the quickest and most painless.
