Well sort of. Just make sure you're in MODE 7 first. Any other mode will 
result in the screen filling up with garbage, and of course once you 
type "*SAVE...." you change the screen and hence the ROM data and.. 
*bewm* (well not until you try to execute the ROM..).

Us Master owners can of course comfortably sit in MODE 128 and do this 
without fear of corrupting the ROM in transit :)
