That's odd. Mine keeps saying "Connection already open". I wonder
if my translation of the source code into BBC BASIC source dropped
something somewhere. I'll have a dig around in the source a bit,
but the comments are rather terse ;)

The telnet client and the TCP/IP subsystem don't talk to the file
server in any manner. They just talk to the Econet system.
